New Membership Expiration Date
Starting Sept 1, 2024, MAHPERD is changing it’s membership year. In the past, we used the academic school year as the membership year, ie Sept 1st to August 31st . Starting Sept 1, 2024 all renewing memberships will be from Sept 1 to August 31. New memberships will be 1 year from the date of joining or rejoining. For example, a new membership starting on October 9, 2024 will expire October 9, 2025 and that membership will always expire on October 9 in the future years. The exception to this policy is that anyone who joins/rejoins in November will have their membership expire on October 31st of the following year. Membership expiration dates will be posted on the Membership list on the MAHPERD website.

Professional
$79.00
All employees of a public or private school or agency engaged in health, physical education, recreation, dance, and/or athletics.
Full-time Student
$25.00
Full time students enrolled in an undergraduate or a graduate professional program in health, physical education, recreation, or dance at an institution of higher learning with a courseload of 12 credits per semester.
Professionals do not qualify for student status.
Retired
$15.00
Retired persons formerly engaged in programs of health, physical education, recreation, dance, and athletics.
Group Membership ( formerly Institutional Membership)
Each year MAHPERD offers individual professionals from the same district/ school/college/agency or department the opportunity for substantial dues savings by renewing membership, rejoining and/or becoming new members together for the school year.
