If you would like to volunteer at the 2026 MAHPERD Convention on November 2 & 3, 2026 at the DCU Center in Worcester, please read the conditions and fill out the below form.

Any current full time college student (professionals do not qualify as full time students) who volunteers at least 2 hours at the convention and successfully completes their assignment will receive a free 2026-2027 MAHPERD membership and a free convention registration.

In order to receive the free convention registration & 2026-2027 MAHPERD membership you must fill out the below form by Wednesday, October 21st.

The following conditions must be met in order to have the convention registration fee waived:

1. Completely fill out the below form.
2. You must volunteer for a minimum of at least 2 hours. One of those hours will be as a presider for a speaker at one workshop or session and the other hour you will be assigned to a volunteer station.
3. If you fail to show for your volunteer assignment then you will not receive a free 2026-2027 MAHPERD membership.

The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, October 21st.

There is no sign up after Wednesday, October 21st as the link will be removed. This will give Dr Rausch time to process all the volunteers and issue assignments. Don’t wait until the last minute to sign up!

If you miss the sign up deadline you may still attend the convention but only as a paid attendee.

Dr Robert Rausch will contact you via email as to your what your volunteer assignment will be after the Wednesday, October 21st deadline.

If your name is not on the list, we did not receive your completed volunteer form.
